For the long Easter weekend, I decided to create a special breakfast for my family. I was feeling creative the day before so I decided to paint some eggs as an easter tradition. I did not want to paint the eggs in the usual pastel polka dot patterns, so I instead paints mini dinosaur style eggs. This was lengthy, but they turned out very cute! On Easter Sunday, I made the breakfast, using my own special recipe for fluffy pancakes, made toast, and cooked two omelette's (one vegetarian for my sister and I). This was my attempt at trying something new, as usually every easter my family and I go out for breakfast. It was very fun and satisfying to see everyone enjoying my easter breakfast. I don't cook often, but you might see from my other blog posts that I am working to expand my culinary repertoire.
